The Synopsis (by Goodreads)
Every day a different body. Every day a different life. Every day in love with the same girl.
There’s never any warning about where it will be or who it will be. A has made peace with that, even established guidelines by which to live: Never get too attached. Avoid being noticed. Do not interfere.
It’s all fine until the morning that A wakes up in the body of Justin and meets Justin’s girlfriend, Rhiannon. From that moment, the rules by which A has been living no longer apply. Because finally A has found someone he wants to be with—day in, day out, day after day.

I read this book last week and I just... wow. It was so good. The idea was so unique; like a person who changes bodies every day. Nobody knows if A is a he or a she. Nobody knows how A really looks like. Not even A himself.
The characters. The characters are one of the essential elements in a story.Without the characters, there wouldn't be a story. I could say that A is a very unique character. Tell me, what isn't unique about what he does? He never knows if he will be a boy or a girl the next day. He wouldn't ever know if he will be a person who has cancer, or a person who can find the cure to cancer the next day. What if he ruins that person's life in just one day? Rhiannon. The girl whom A fell in love with at first sight. She loves Justin too much. Too much of everything could kill you. A made Rhiannon realize that. By the time Rhiannon realized it, it was too late. A already made a decision to venture the world to find out if there are others like him.
The story. SPOILERS AHEAD. Back to my question, what if he ruins the life of the person who owns the body he's in, in just one day? Well, all hell would break loose. A was in the body of Nathan one day and poof. He confused Nathan. Why? Because he was inside Nathan's body and he still went to a party. Nathan isn't the type of a person who would go to parties. Why did he go to the party? Because Rhiannon was there. It's strange, isn't it? The things you would do for love. Anyway, before the party, he logged onto his e-mail address on Nathan's PC. Then, he failed to clear the history. After that, he went to the party and talked to Rhiannon. He was so engrossed in their conversation that he totally forgot the time. He should be asleep by the time the clock strikes midnight. So, he hurriedly escaped from the party and drove to Nathan's house. There wasn't enough time left so... he just slept inside the car. The next day, poor Nathan woke up inside his car, not knowing how or why. He claims that he has been possessed by a demon and all those whatnots. Then his story spread through their county like wildfire. A was terrified. Nathan also found out about A's e-mail address and continued to e-mail A questions. A woke up another day and he decided to tell Rhiannon the truth about his uniqueness. Rhiannon couldn't believe it because, heck, it was too impossible to believe. Later on, Rhiannon realized that she already fell for A, despite the knowledge that they could never wake up next to each other, and the truth that there was no clear future for them.
I really liked the plot, the story, the characters, everything. But, there are some qualities that are lacking. And I just can't place what those are. This story would make you curious about what would happen next, and all the what ifs in life. It also made me realize that tomorrow is never the same with today and yesterday. Hands down to David Levithan for this wonderful piece of literature.
My Rating
FOUR VAPOREONS
Out of 5 Vaporeons, I rate this novel 4. Good job, Mr. Levithan. Kudos to you.
{this is my first ever review and i hope you like it}
